ZTE Axon 40 Ultra smartphone was launched globally except India on Wednesday. The front camera given in it is fitted below the display. The phone works on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It supports 65W charging. It includes a 5,000mAh capacity battery and a curved AMOLED display. Regarding the display, the company claims that it has got Low Blue Light certification from TÜV Rheinland. The smartphone comes with three cameras, all of which are equipped with a 64-megapixel sensor.

The phone will not be available for purchase in India. It was launched in China earlier this year.

The dual-SIM (Nano) ZTE Axon 40 Ultra smartphone runs on MyOS 12 based on Android 12 and sports a 6.8-inch curved AMOLED display with 2,480×1,116 pixels resolution. The display gets advanced UDC display chip, 20:9 aspect ratio, TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification and 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
For photography, the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra’s triple rear camera setup includes a 64-megapixel IMX787 primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 64-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 64-megapixel periscopic telephoto shooter. The front camera is an under-display 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra packs up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 inbuilt storage and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging. It has dual stereo speakers enhanced by DTS:X Ultra technology. The phone has an X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback. For connectivity, there is an under-display fingerprint sensor and NFC as well as Bluetooth 5.2.
