The information technology giant is simultaneously trying to bridge the supply bottleneck amid a strong demand environment.
Wipro Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Thierry Delaporte said the company has decided to close its offices globally for the next four weeks. The company remains ‘very cautious’ amid the fast-spreading new form of the coronavirus, Omicron.
He said, “It is a matter of relief that globally about 90 percent of the company’s employees have at least one corona prevention vaccine.” The same 65 percent of the employees have got both the vaccines.
Delaporte said, “Our plan to call employees on a hybrid model for both vaccines will depend on the situation. ,
