In view of the monsoon, the Meteorological Department has predicted scattered rain in some states of the country. According to the department, scattered rain is likely over Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, North Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal for the next 5 days. Talking about the rest of the states, a heat wave warning has been issued in Rajasthan, South Punjab and South Haryana for the next two days.

In the national capital Delhi, the IMD (Delhi Weather Forecast) said that the sky will be partly cloudy on Friday and there is a possibility of light rain. Also, the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 42 and 26 degree Celsius respectively on Friday. The Meteorological Department said that there is no possibility of heat wave this week, but the maximum temperature will be between 40 and 42 degrees Celsius in the next three days.
IMD officials said, ‘Daytime strong winds are likely on Saturday and Sunday. The maximum temperature on Saturday and Sunday is likely to hover around 41 and 40 degrees Celsius, respectively, while the minimum will be around 26 and 27 degrees Celsius.
