Now coming in the budget of 20 lakhs, this electric compact SUV can compete with the MG ZS EV, as it also comes around the same budget, but claims to offer more range.
Tata Nexon EV Max Specs and Price
Talking about power and specification, Tata Nexon EV Max has a powerful 40.5kWh Lithium Ion battery. The electric motor generates maximum power of 141 Bhp and torque of 250 Nm. Talking about speed, this car can catch the speed of 0-100km in just 9 seconds. Talking about the top speed, the top-speed of this car is 140km per hour. The new Nexon EV has a 7.2kW AC fast charger. Talking about the charging time, it can be fully charged in just 6.5 hours. At the same time, with a commercially used 50kW DC charger, it can charge from 0-80 percent in just 56 minutes. Talking about the range, Tata Nexon EV Max can run up to 437 km on a single charge as per ARAI claim. Talking about the price, the ex-showroom price of Tata Nexon EV Max ranges from Rs 17.74 lakh to Rs 19.24 lakh.

Talking about the features and specifications, the Permanent Magnet Synchronized Motor (PMSM) is available in MG ZS EV. This electric motor can generate 176 PS of power and 280 Nm of torque. This car gets three drive modes like Eco Mode, Normal Mode and Sports Mode. Talking about the battery capacity, this car has a high voltage battery of 50.3kWh. Talking about the battery charging time, the battery can be charged from 0-80 percent in just 60 minutes, while it can also be fully charged in 8.5-9 hours. In terms of speed, this electric car can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 8.5 seconds. Talking about the range, according to the ARAI claim, it can run up to 461 km on a single charge. Talking about the price, the starting ex-showroom price of MG ZS EV is 21,99,800.
Tata Nexon EV Max vs MG ZS EV: Difference Between The Two
Although the budget is around, but still you will have to pay 3-4 lakh rupees less to buy Tata Nexon EV Max than MG ZS EV and it can prove to be enough for any buy. But when it comes to range, the MG ZS EV beats the Tata Nexon EV Max with a range of 461 km. If you want more range then you have to go for MG’s EV but if you want right range at low price then Tata’s EV is the right choice.
