Car Buying: A report has come out regarding the buying pattern of cars in the country, in which shocking things have been said. It has been told in this report that potential buyers of entry-level cars are postponing the purchase decision. Crisil has said so in a report on Monday.

Know why the trend of buyers of cars is changing in the country
It has been told in the report that this is happening due to the impact on the income due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. According to the report, sales of premium segment cars are expected to increase as the income of affluent buyers remains strong. Similarly, the share of high-end two-wheelers segment will remain around 40 per cent.

Sentiment affected for entry level cars
Cars priced above Rs 10 lakh come in the premium segment, while two wheelers priced above Rs 70,000 fall in the high price category. The report said that supply chain issues have affected a section of vehicle manufacturers. Usually, first-time car buyers in India buy a low-cost vehicle.

Premium segment cars sold five times faster than cheap cars
Crisil said that in the last financial year, premium segment cars sold five times faster than cheap cars. Their annual growth rate was 38 percent, while the sale of cheap cars increased by about seven percent. As a result, the market share of premium cars increased to around 30 per cent in the last fiscal, from 25 per cent in 2020-21.
