Indians elected a government with absolute majority in 2014 after 30 years: PM Modi in Germany

Berlin. Indian voters pressed a button to end three decades of political instability in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said this while addressing the Indian community in Germany on Monday. PM Modi started his address by saying that he is neither in the German capital to talk about himself nor the Modi government. He said, “I want to talk to you about the capabilities of crores of Indians and appreciate them. When I talk of crores of Indians, it includes not only the people living there, but also the people living here.”

The Prime Minister said that his words include all the children of Mother Bharati living in every nook and corner of the world. PM Modi said, “Today’s aspirational India, today’s young India, wants fast development of the country. He knows how much political stability and strong will is necessary for this. That is why the people of India ended the atmosphere of political instability that has been going on for three decades at the press of a button. After 30 years, in 2014, a government with absolute majority was elected and it is the vision of the great people of India that in the year 2019, it made the government of the country stronger than before.
