The CEO of Dubai Airport told the helplessness
In an interview to Khaleej Times, Dubai Airports CEO Paul Griffiths said that the runway repairs were deliberately done after the Eid rush and ahead of the summer holidays. We have chosen this time very carefully so that not many passengers face any problem. During this time the traffic of passengers is slightly less than in other months of the year. He said that the safety of the passengers is paramount for us, so the repair work of the runway cannot be postponed for long.
