The company was selling the Xcent Prime with a 1.2-litre petrol engine for the cab segment. This engine is capable of producing 82 bhp power and 114 newton meter torque. The car is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Talking about the safety features, with this variant, the car gets a driver airbag as well as ABS with EBD. The Hyundai Xcent is the sedan version of the company’s Grand i10 hatchback. Surprisingly, the sales of the Grand i10 are doing well.

If you are looking for a car under 4-metre in the sedan segment, then you can go for Hyundai Aura. You will get Hyundai Aura in petrol, diesel and CNG engines. Hyundai Aura price starts from Rs 6 Lakh and goes up to Rs 9.38 Lakh (ex-showroom). Apart from this, you can also choose Tata Tigor. Tata Motors recently launched Tigor in CNG variant. Tata Tigor price ranges between Rs. 5.97 Lakh to Rs. 8.57 Lakh (ex-showroom).

Hyundai hikes prices

Hyundai has increased the prices of its hatchback cars from May 2022. According to the information, Hyundai has increased the prices of Grand i10 Nios, i20 and Santro. According to the model and variant, the prices have increased from Rs 3,000 to Rs 9,000.

Hyundai has also increased the prices of its SUV cars. According to the information, the prices of Creta, Venue and Alcazar have been increased. This increase has been done according to the variants. Hyundai Creta price has been increased by Rs 16,000, Venue by Rs 12,100 and Alcazar by Rs 10,100.
