Home registration in Hyderabad region down to 3,931 units in December, up 96 per cent in 2021


New Delhi, Jan 13 (PTI) In Hyderabad region, household registration declined marginally to 3,931 units during December 2021. During the same full year 2021, it increased by 96 percent to reach 44,278 units.

In a statement on Thursday, Knight Frank India said, “Hyderabad (including Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Sangareddy districts) registered a household registration of 3,931 units during December 2021 on a monthly basis. This is a 0.5 per cent year-on-year increase over December 2020. There has been a decline.”

According to the agency, 1,180 houses were registered in Hyderabad, 2,693 in Rangareddy and 66 in Sangareddy during December 2021. The total value of properties registered last month stood at Rs 2,340 crore, which is up 16 per cent year-on-year.

Last year, a total of 44,278 units were registered in Hyderabad, which is 96 percent more than in 2020. The total value of the properties registered during 2021 was Rs 25,330 crore.
