Some of these have already become deca-corns with a valuation of $10 billion.

Over 25,000 terms abolished
Counting the achievements of the government along with the figures, the PM said that his government abolished more than 25,000 conditions. Abolished 1,500 laws for the convenience of the citizens of the country.

India’s share in digital payments is 40%
The PM also highlighted the success of the digital payment system. Said that India’s share in real-time digital payments worldwide is more than 40 percent.

22 lakh crore sent through DBT
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also mentioned the benefits of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). He informed that the government is using digital payment system to make payments to farmers directly into their bank accounts. In the last year, his government has sent more than Rs 22 lakh crore to the beneficiaries through DBT.

Taunted Congress with statistics
The PM also took the help of figures to target the Congress indirectly. Said that now no prime minister will have to regret that he sends one rupee, but only 15 paise reaches the intended beneficiary. Tauntingly, he said, ‘Which paw was that, which used to rub 85 paise.’

The Prime Minister pointed to the abolition of most of the provisions of Article 370, which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir. Said that the country was one, but there were two constitutions.
