It appears that Ryoshi (not real name), the creator of cryptocurrency Shiba Inu, has bid farewell to the SHIB community after he deleted all tweets as well as all blogs he wrote from his Twitter handle. Shiba Inu was launched in August 2020 as an alternative to Dogecoin (DOGE) by an unknown individual or group named Ryoshi.
Ryoshi’s true identity has remained unknown since the launch of the Shiba Inu in August 2020. their twitter handle @RyoshiResearch Used to be quite active, but now all the tweets have been deleted from this handle. Ryoshi has already said on several occasions that he will disappear one day. He writes on his blog Medium and in a blog (now deleted) he wrote (translated) “I have said from the beginning, I am nobody, I am not important. Even if successful, the effort to expose my ‘identity’ will be overwhelming. I’m just a man with no result tapping on a keyboard and I can be changed. I’m Ryoshi.”
Ryoshi’s Twitter handle is currently active, but all the tweets from him have been deleted. Apart from this, he has also changed his profile picture on Twitter. He has now put a picture of Jetsun Milarepa, a popular poet and yogi from Tibet on his profile. Also in the header (cover) photo there is a picture of clouds and a crescent moon.
Coinquora’s accordingThe link for SHIB was also removed from all four SHIB blogs on the Medium platform. All of Ryoshi’s previous blogs have been deleted a year after they were written on May 30, 2021.
Meanwhile, Shytoshi Kusama, lead developer of the SHIB project, has said that the project will continue to “realize Ryoshi’s vision and plan for this grand experiment” to build a decentralized Mimecoin ecosystem.
