Rapidly increasing cases in Maharashtra, West Bengal

Maharashtra and West Bengal again recorded the sharpest rise in coronavirus cases on Wednesday. 46,723 new cases were registered in Maharashtra and 22,155 in West Bengal. The Health Ministry said in its release that the number of Omicron cases in these states has increased to 4,868 today.
