Bad news for Team India, India slips to fifth place in WTC list

India has slipped to the fifth position in the World Test Championship list. The Indian team, the runners-up of the WTC first season, is currently in fifth place in the second season and has 49. 07 percentile marks (PCT). India played nine Tests in the second season, winning four, losing three and drawing two.

New Delhi. The Indian team, which lost the series by seven wickets to South Africa in the Cape Town Test, slipped to the fifth spot in the World Test Championship list. The Indian team, the runner-up of the WTC first season, is currently in fifth place in the second season and has 49. 07 percentile marks (PCT). India played nine Tests in the second season, winning four, losing three and drawing two. India has total 53 marks but the calculation is done by PCT.

India 55 after the second test. Fourth with 21 pct points and South Africa was fifth with 50 pcts. South Africa moved to fourth place after winning the Cape Town Test. Sri Lanka is on top with 100 PCTs, followed by Australia in second and Pakistan in third place. Previous champions New Zealand are in sixth place.
