Audi starts booking its new car, the sedan will be equipped with hybrid technology

New Delhi. Germany’s luxury car maker Audi has started booking for its new sedan ‘Audi A8 L’ in India. The company said in a statement that the 3-litre petrol engine and 48 voltage mild hybrid technology have been used in this model. The Audi A8 L can be booked by paying a starting price of Rs 10 lakh.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head, Audi India, said, “There are fans of Audi A8L in India and we are confident that this beautiful sedan will continue its strong run. Keeping in view the good demand, we are focusing on leading cars in our product portfolio.

Many advanced features will be available in the car
The new Audi A8 L will be available with multiple customized packages, including rear relaxation package with recliner, foot massager and many more. Audi says that customers can contact their nearest dealership or visit the company’s website. When launched, the new Audi A8 L will compete with the BMW 7-Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

The car will be equipped with hybrid technology
Audi has revealed that the new variant of its flagship sedan will come with a 3.0-litre TFSI petrol engine. It is paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system and quattro all-wheel-drive technology. The powertrain is capable of producing 340 hp of power and 540 Nm of torque. Audi claims that the car comes with predictive air suspension for better driving dynamics and better ride quality.

design would be great
In terms of design, the car gets a large front grille with bold mesh and is decorated in chrome. Sharp Matrix LD headlamps with animated projection, a revised bumper flanks the grille. The rear profile of the car has also received several updates in the form of restyled matrix LED taillights, a sleeker LED light bar and an updated bumper.

Special features will be available in the interior
Inside the cabin, the new Audi A8 L gets an updated large touchscreen infotainment system and dual 10.1-inch digital display screens for rear-seat passengers. The car also gets a folding center console table and a bar compartment with cooler.
