The Radeon RX 6300M graphics card was introduced a few months ago, but has not yet appeared in laptops. However, apparently, it will appear in the near future, since the HP Zhan 99 Pro G9 AIO monoblock lit up in the test with just such an adapter in the composition.
Among other things, this allows us to understand what the novelty is capable of. Judging by Geekbench, its capabilities are very modest.
In OpenCL, the result was 30,044 points, and in Vulkan – 24,371 points. This is a very weak result. For comparison, the GeForce MX450, which has been on the market for quite a long time, gains about the same amount.
Of course, Geekbench is far from the best benchmark for GPUs, but the results of the RX 6300M cannot be high. The card has only 768 stream processors, a 64-bit bus and 2 GB of memory. At the same time, the GPU frequency is only 1512 MHz. For comparison, the Radeon 680M graphics core in the Ryzen 6000 processors has the same configuration, but with a GPU frequency of 2.4 GHz. So the iGPU will probably be faster in a face-to-face comparison.
